We are a self-contained, full-service aircraft landing gear maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for commercial and military platforms. Our landing gear repair stations are located at Miami International Airport (MIA) and Medley, Florida. We repair and overhaul landing gear, components, and support line replaceable units along with all the accessories for most models of commercial and military aircraft. We proudly serve the U.S. military branches of the Air Force, Army, and Navy. Our services include piece-part level repairs, actuation systems, accessories, as well as complete landing gear systems. We also offer global on-wing services via our Tiger Team. Our extensive lease pool of assets is available for use while your landing gear repair is being repaired or you may elect to do an advanced exchange of your assets to replace a component or assembly.

INSPECTIONS
Including visual and dimensional inspection of landing gear and landing gear components and accessories, and field inspection for landing gears on an aircraft on ground (AOG) basis to assist customers around the world. This entails careful visual observation, measurement, and testing to ensure that the landing gear is in proper working condition, free from any damage, wear, or defects that could compromise the safety and performance of the aircraft during landing and takeoff.
PLATING
Aircraft landing gear plating processes involve various surface treatments and coatings applied to different components of the landing gear to enhance their durability, corrosion resistance, and overall performance.

MACHINING
These processes are used to create intricate shapes, holes, and surfaces for landing gear components.

ENGINEERING
Alternative repair methods to extend the lifespan of landing gear and its components, utilizing approved technical specifications and data. This entails creating new tools designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overhaul, repair, and inspection processes for landing gear components and accessories in order to increase operational longevity.
ASSEMBLY
The construction and integration of landing gear systems that are used in aircraft.

BUSHING MACHINING
