GA Telesis Flight Solutions Group Continues USM Market Growth with the Purchase of Eight (8) PW4000 Engines for Disassembly

January 22, 2025 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida – GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT” or “the Company”) has acquired eight PW4000 engines from a major US airline for support of the component aftermarket, marking the beginning of a strong start to 2025. The purchase was facilitated and will be managed by the Company’s Flight Solutions Group (“FSG”) for market redistribution.

The Company intends to make the used serviceable material (“USM”) available to their global airline and MRO network in the first quarter of 2025. This acquisition, and another to be announced in the coming weeks, will significantly expand the Company’s widebody jet engine component product lines. The addition of these assets further strengthens GA Telesis’ unrivaled position as the leading supplier of USM inventory.
