GA Telesis Appoints James “Jim” H. Geer Jr. as Senior Vice President of its Aircraft and Engine Leasing Business

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- July 30, 2007 – GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), today announced the appointment of James “Jim” H. Geer Jr., as Senior Vice President, in charge of the management of its growing aircraft and engine leasing business, effective August 1, 2007.

Mr. Geer joins GA Telesis from Airbus Industrie North America, where his most recent position was Senior Director of Asset Management. He will be based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and will be responsible for the development and day-to-day management of GA Telesis’ growing aircraft and engine leasing businesses.

“Jim brings a tremendous amount of aircraft leasing and asset management experience to GA Telesis,” said Abdol Moabery, President and CEO of GA Telesis. “He will play a significant role in our plans to expand our long-term aircraft and engine leasing business. His experience with Airbus, along with his OEM perspective, adds a significant layer of management expertise that will help us penetrate new markets, acquire new asset types and facilitate rapid execution of our multi-pronged growth strategy.”

Mr. Geer is a graduate of Virginia Tech and completed his MBA at George Mason University.
