A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER & CEO
There should never be an instance where someone is made to feel excluded or not treated equally. At GA Telesis, we take diversity and inclusion very seriously. As our Guiding Principles make clear, our “Intelligent Culture” is about building and maintaining an atmosphere that fosters teamwork and inclusion. Our “Intelligent Culture” is a celebration of success where individuals of any ethnicity, nationality, culture, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, physical ability–or other attributes that make a person unique–have the opportunity to shine based on their performance and contribution to the company.
We initiate and create practices, policies, and systems to set examples for our industry and use our influence to garner support from our peer companies. We know action will institute change, and we don’t plan on waiting around for someone else to take the lead. In a nutshell, we understand that our collective diversity at GA Telesis is our strength and will ultimately lead to the best-integrated solutions for our customers and partners. They say success comes in many shapes and forms. At GA Telesis, it also comes in varying ethnicities, nationalities, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and physical abilities.
